It should be able to keep up with the V6 Camaro now. IMO the V6 in the Mustangs has been way underpowered for years now and even the V8's were weak across the board. It's gonna be interesting to see what they do with the V8 engine now that the V6 is putting out almost as much as the V8 is, that and the fact that the V8 that is in the Mustang is a little over 100hp/100lb ft shy of the Camaro

IMO the Camaro set the benchmark for the american muscle cars as far as hp/tq is concerned in it's respective price range. Ford will have to either match the hp/tq of the new Camaro or beat it to stay competitive with it

The important question is how do we get that V6 in my Trac. More power and better MPG would make the Trac a real winner IMO.
