> 4.0 V6 EGR Valve Issues

Hey everyone,

Curious to see if anyone on here has had issues with the NGR valve on the 4.0 V6 (2010)?
Have just replaced it and still getting thrown codes every couple days or so.

Codes -
P0401 EGR system insufficient flow detected
P0455 Evaporative emission system leak detected

P0401 problem could be the DIfferentialPressureFlowElement\DPFE Sensor;
measures flow thru EGRValve; this Sensor & it's RubberRiserHoses are NotoriousFailure items.

yup, DPFE use Motorcraft only and clean the tubes...
