4x4 and speedometer

Posted a while back about having a problem with my 4x4 lights staying on for awhile, and the speedometer not working until the lights went out. The place I bought it from has now replaced the 4x4 module, and the shift motor, and the lights go out quicker, but it still takes a few minutes for them to go out and for me to get my speedometer back, was wondering if anyone had any more ideas?
