4x4 Control Module

I just installed a new 4x4 Control Module in my 2001 ST because I could hear the "clicking" but it wouldn't engage. Now, I've replaced the module, and it goes right into 4wd High - but never into Low and I can't get it out of 4wd High.



Any ideas?

Sounds like the motor may be stuck.......
