4x4 light blinking on and off

Often leave it in 4wd in the snow. Lately the 4wd indicator light clicks off while driving in 4wd. Had the transmission replaced several weeks ago. Not sure if it is actually shifitng out of 4wd when light blinks off for a second or two. Anyone else experience this?

Maybe the indicator switch or an adjustment needed..... When it does it, hit the gas a Little and see if the back end slides a little, if it does, then your not in 4wd... You should be able to tell the difference..
