4x4 module

Can some one post a picture of the 4x4 control module, 2001 vintage? Need to know what it looks like. And is it under the right front kick panel?:blink:



Well my guess is that the problem is not the 4x4 CM. I reinstalled the front drive shaft, and pulled the 4x4 CM the truck still will not come out of 4 wheel drive. I then pulled the shift motor, I can turn the shift rod, going into the case, by hand with no resistance. All I can feel is the weight of the rod. And it stops at the 4x4 position and turns to 4lo with effort.

I don't have a picture but once you remove the passenger side kick plate you can not miss it.
