I have been given an 04 with a 6 and auto transmission. The problem with it, has a rebuilt transmission put onto a failed torque converter. The input shaft cannot be removed from the torque converter. What other damage is likely in the transmission?

Welcome to the site. Sounds to me like someone didn't install the t/conv correctly/all the way and damaged the pump.

Yep, Ft pump and possibly other internals..

Opened the transmission today. The front drum assembly to the center shaft assembly (parts 23-40in the service manual) are all damaged. Suggestions on where to get parts would be helpful.
