5R55E shift problem- Datalogging with the XCal2

I've been having problems with the shifting on my tranny (2-3 flare, 3-4 flare, and downshifting to passing gear flare) so I datalogged some of the tranny sensors along with the engine RPMs and vehicle speed. I'm still pouring over the data, and so far I found that during a downshift to passing gear, the tranny commands 4th, and instead shifts to 3rd (which spikes the tach to 6 and pisses off the driver) and I'm still looking for the 2-3 flares to see what's going on with that.

I wounder if you have a broken valve body gasket..... And the fluid is crossing over the veins and causing the tranny to operate weird..
