Got a guy with a 97 or 98 ranger 4.0 4x4 with I believe a 5R55E transmission in it 5sp auto. The transmission has 20k on it and a blown head gasket.
Any chance this would swap to my 2010 5R55S? 4.0, 4x4, ect.
Starting to see slipping and if this would work it'd be a great solution. I realize connectors would probably be different, but bell housing would line up, right?
