First I'd like to say Happy Father's Day to all of the members on this board. I hope you all have a great day.
On to my problem, my Trac's windshield got egged Friday night late I'm sure by some "friends" that thought it was funny. It wasn't a big deal to me as at least they had the decency to keep it off my paint and I did laugh it off but the yoke did leak a little into my A/C vent in front of my windshield. I managed to clean the windshield and get most of the smell out of the A/C vents by running soap and laundry detergent through the vent as well as flushing it with water but it still has a slightly eggy odor, not anything terrible but it is a faint smell when the AC is on in the cab. Any other ideas of how to rid the odor? I thought about a little bit of bleach with water to wash it out as well and maybe kill any bacteria but didn't know if that would harm the system. Any ideas would be great and appreciated. And keep the friends comments to yourself, I've done my fair share of pranks (just not on cars) I just want advice on how to rid the smell.
Thanks
Kyle
