This is a 2001 ST. About 144,400 miles. It is the daily driver. St gauges show an ABS light. How to determine which wheel has a failure of the sensor?? no brake pull left or right, no braking issues. Would be hard pressed to set a situation to enact the ABS. (no ice or snow in Iowa in June). Possibly the rear axle. Brake fluid is and has been adequate and has been flushed once a year, this is not the direction to go to. Front pads ands rear shoes (drums on rear) are good.

Any help is appreciated. Looking for some experience in this arena.

Check for dirt and rust on the front sensors & tone rings.

Most members have had sensor failure on the rear.

To really determine the failure. It takes a special code reader, for abs systems.
