Is the any adjusment on the Actuator for a 01 ST? Mines some time open some times doesn't, but the Actuator trys to open cozz it come up a little bit..does it need to be replace?

If you are referring to the door lock actuator I will bet that you will find that the rivet that holds the bracket to the door has failed or begun to fail. Once it does fail the motor basically moves up and down and does not actuate the linkage.

You can replace it by going to a local body shop and let them put in a new rivet. These are HUGE rivets and require a special tool. If that is what you want to do pull the panel and do most of the work yourself. It should only cost you like $8.00 that way.

Or, use a 1/4 in nut and bolt in place of the rivot....

I am refering to the door locks...The power lock will work when the want to..I am only having this problem with the drive door lock..You can see the door locl motor tring to open it but, some time its jus won't...it seems likes the linkage is bending or there extra slacl somewere along the lines

I'd get it checked out. Mine's going in soon because of the rivet that Coastiejoe mentioned. (and I have to get the outside door handle itself replaced because I broke the tension spring with my kung-fu monkey grip)
