Adjustment needed

My headlights were replaced recently but now the passenger side light is about 6 inches higher than the drivers side. Everything is back in place as it was. Twisting on the rod has not moved the light in any direction. Is there another trick to use. Thanks to all.

It sounds like the gear in the back of the light is broken....

You can remove the light and manually unscrew the pin and re test the light...
