Another tune up Q

Hey guys I have just over 105,000 KMs on my truck....I'm sure the plugs are stock and the wires as well. How often do you change them or at what time would you need to change them? I plan on getting the OEM replacement stuff from Canadian tire.

Ford says 100K miles. I and others recomend 60K miles.
