only when nearing a stop, the pedal starts to get soft and pulsate as it goes furthur thru it's travel. Truck still stops, but takes much more pedal pressure.
I thought it had to do with the condition of the front rotors. The St has 73K on it, the front rotors were turned and pads changed about 35K ago. The sliders were hanging up on the calipers, once I corrected that I had no uneven wear issues. The rotors had rusted up pretty good, only about 1/2 the braking surface was clean.
Anyway, I thought the anti lock was engaging cause of those rusty rotors. I just had the front rotors, calipers, and pads changed, as well as the rear brakes also. Changed the brake fluid also. Plugs and wires also.
The pedal does the same thing. Anyone else had anti lock issues, can you point me in a direction
