Anybody have a fix for this?

Tailgate hinge, driver-side.
Cleaned it up, coated it in thick grease. Hope it holds until I can come up with something. Looks like it is just held on with a flare. Maybe find something similar and bolt it on.

Not surprised Ford has never offered the metal tailgate cups separately, only the plastic inserts. Eddie's idea of a PVC pipe cap is good if you can find them close to the same diameter. Would be surprised if salvage yards would sell metal tailgate cups separately either. I've been looking for tan inner door panels for years, and when I find them they only sell the complete doors. Rant over. LOL

Thanks, I'll check eBay. Shipping cost to Hawaii may be stupid expensive, if they ship here at all.
