anybody near Newville, PA that can help me get something shipped?

I am looking at getting some side skirts for a car and found a set in Newville, PA but they are local pickup only. Wondering if somebody would be willing to work a deal out with me to get them picked up and shipped out. The deal on the pieces is not final yet and I need to see if anybody will willing.
