Does anybody live in Florida? I am going on vacation and was wondering what the weather is going to be like.....and how the water will be (temperature wise)....Im going to Daytona Beach, so Atlantic Ocean....

Try weather.com for extended forecasts. The link is for a beach web cam in Daytona Beach Shores just North of the pier where Crabby Joes resturant is. It is called the Sunglow Pier. Nice place to visit by the way, food is good and the pier is great. I like Daytona Beach Shores much better than Daytona Beach. Visit Inlet Harbor for great food and entertainment.

Yeah ive been there twice, 2003, and 2004, i think. During the 2004 trip, stupid Hurricane Charley hit right at the beginning of the vacation.



But i hope it will be better this time.

I live in Jacksonville and the weather has been wonderful lately, but it is starting to get fairly hot. As other have said, try weather.com for the forcast.....

it's gonna be really hot. then its gonna rain for a couple minutes. then hot again. repeat this for the whole time of your vacation.

I WISH we could get some rain. Everything is dry as heck and not to mention the water restrictions.

It'll rain every day, about 2:00 pm or so, for about an hour. Then the sun will come out and it will be hot again. I'm going in the middle of July. Golf courses are less crowded then.

If I had my life to live over, I'd have moved to FL in 1983 when I had the chance.
