I'm going to be changing the brake fluid in my ST and hate to have the wife out there pumping the brakes while I crawl around undernieth turning the bleeder valves. So I was looking at getting a bleeder so I can do it all myself. While serching the web I came across this neat little idea. Just wondering if anyone has seen, heard, or maybe even have these on the ST. The ST isn't listed on the vehicle chart but wouldn't the '03-'05 Rangers with both front and rear disc brakes be the same? Any input would be appriciated. Thanks.;)

Someone here, I think Caymen, has them and is very happy with them from what I recall.

I like the design, it is a good idea. My only suggestion is to cap them when your done with the brake hob that way dirt does not get into it and affect the ball and spring operation as a result of corrosion from sitting idle.

True Coastie. I did see they came with the dust caps and for only $7 each. Not to bad in my opinion. Especially since I plan on keeping the ST for a long while.;)

I think toms project on the disc brake conversion has the part number for the speed bleeders..

The speed bleeders work great. You can flush out your old brake fluid by yourself. Just pump until it runs clear. Install them and open them prior to pushing the pistons in to get the new pads on.

I got mine at Auto Zone in the "Help" brand packs.
