Hello Todd,



I have several questions regarding the Louisville meet and the Jameson Inn. I called their reservations two days ago and they advised me that all of their rooms were booked for the dates of June 8, 9 and 10. Is this perhaps due to a certain number of rooms being blocked for the meet? If so can you give all of us an idea when these rooms will be available to book?



If the rooms have not been blocked, will you be able to supply additional information as to the nearest hotel to the Jameson Inn? Any help regarding these questions will be greatly appreciated. Also, THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK. ALL OF US HERE AT MYST.COM APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE AND ARE DOING.

Terry,

You need to identify that you are with the Sport Trac Rally. The Jameson Inn is supposed to be reserving 50-55 rooms.



The info on the Louisville meet and the hotel should be posted in a few days. It gives specific instructions how to get the special rate rooms and who to speak to if the reservation desk does not know about these arrangements.

I just called, Told the person I am part of the "my sport trac rally" And booked my room from the 7th to the 10Th.....



Just make sure you tell them that...



Listen, The rooms are blocked for Us... We do not have all the info needed yet for the registration page to be posted. If you want to book rooms go a head...

I called the Jameson Inn and mentioned the ST Rally and was able to book a room for June 8, 9 and 10. The rate was $69.00 plus taxes. Thanks to both of you for your help. You guys are great.
