bed extender hardware for 2001

I just bought a 2001 Sport Trac.



I have access to a OEM bed extender it doesnt seem to have the hardware needed that makes the cage pivot (to attach the middle of the cage to the center hole). All they seem to have is the clip.



I can get this extender for 60 bucks and it is very clean. A local ford dealership said they couldnt help with a parts purchase saying Ford only sells the whole enchilada.



Any help much appreciated.

Ford parts fiche may not show the pins as available separately BUT they are!! Never fear...someone on the list will have the Ford part number and will tell you quickly I am certain.

Thanks for the encouragement. I love my Sport Trac - very clean, beautiful truck, both my wife and I want to trick it out a bit. Also looking for some sort of tonneau cover (have looked at the tonneaumasters roll up and the Downey SST soft)



You guys need a cool logo (I own a logo/graphic company). I may 'donate' one
