Bed extender with mat and tonneau?

Per the title, does anyone have both a bed extender and a bed mat installed together? I am thinking about adding a bed extender, but I have an oem bed mat which I don't want to give up. I am concerned that the mat would raise the extender up too much to fit with the oem tonneau cover closed.

I don't have the OEM cover but mine fits with the Advanced cover and mat with NO PROBS...

No issues while I had them both but I used the extender so little and it was always in the way so I sold it. The OEM mat was the best option I got...IMO!
