Big Mistake

I made a huge mistake. Just bought chrome wheel cleaner for my wheels (american racing) and i didnt read the directions because i thought it would just be normal wheel cleaner. But it dried and now my wheels are a mess. They are white and cloudy. I called the wheel cleaner people and they said metal polish might get it out. Anyone know any other ways. Need help soon thanks.

Meguiars Metal Polish should take it out.

Use "Extreme" it is a cotton wadding with a pink colored chemical in it..comes in a short black can..I have use it to make polished allum. look like chrome...

well since i used chrome meguiars cleaner the meguiars metal polish hopefully will counter it thank you both. im such an idiot.

I use the Meguiar's Metal Polish on my chrome wheels when I clean them. That's some great stuff for normal polishing. Hope it helps your problem.
