Message: <blockquote data-quote="Richard L" data-source="post: 980861" data-attributes="member: 52972">This weekend I was at a local Winery talking with the owners.  I mentioned that I had seen what appeared to be a wolf or a very large coyote about a week earlier.  They said that it was probably a wolf since they often see them on the vinyards and said they are very large as was the one I saw.  They also have mountain lions/cougars on their vinyard property and are very happy to have them since they keep the deer away which would love to eat their grape crop.I always thought that wolfs were about the size of a German Shepard, but the one I saw was obviously larger, but I never thought we had any wolves around here, especially so close to homes, roads and civiliazation.....Rich</blockquote>
