I lowered my ST 2" all the way around. I currently have 235/70/R16 Michelin's on it. I purchased 18's and am wondering what is the safest size tire I can go with that will not rub and will not be abnoxiously too big for the lowered ST. Thanks, DD ST

I've had 265/60 275/60 and 285/60's all for 18's, they all fit, but only the 265's did not rub at full turn with it being lowered. So far my favorites are the 275/60's as far as look and fit, i'm using a nitto tire right now and am very pleased with them. Hope that helped some.

I've got 295/45VR20's on a correct offset set of Moda wheels. My ST is lowered 2" front, 3"rear. I get slight rubbing at lock only. The fronts do project out past the fender lip about 1".I am currently running Hankook Ventus ST's for tires. Went thru a set of Pirelli Scorpion's first.

The Hankook's were almost half the price of the Pirelli's, and after one summer of use, are every bit as good. They have a musc higher treadwear rating also. I got them thru Wholesale Tire Outlet, they got a good website by the same name.

Good Luck
