Bluetooth Adapter for Stock Radio?

I am looking for a bluetooth adapter or way to get a bluetooth phone to work with the stock head unit. The system would have to broadcast the caller's voice over the speakers and recieve the users voice via microphone.



Is there even a way to do this with the stock unit?



Should I simply consider a complete after market deck with bluetooth option?
