BP FUEL CAP DELETE

What is this I was looking over the sticker on a 07 St and this was on the sticker?

Just a verbal agreement with Ford and BP.... IT may say BP on the fuel cap, thats it...

It is kinda like Fords "preferred" fuel....

I saw that too. I assume that "BP Fuel Cap Delete" on the sticker means they put a plain fuel cap on vice the one with the BP logo. Have to look at the dealer and see if that is true.

It is on the fuel cap on my 06 Fusion.

Its on the fuel cap of my '07 ST.

It's not only on the fuel cap of my '07 ST it is in the owner's manual as well.

You can use any brand of quality fuel in your Ford and it will not void your warranty or cause problems. I can only hope that you not use Citgo...:wacko: :wacko:

Yep, my fuel cap has the BP logo on it as well,,,,,,,,,,didn't even know what BP was,,,,,,,,,now I know,,,,,,,,hmmmmmm
