The Rock Island Arsenal is only about an hour or so north of were I live and the news said that they were doing this to save money but some of their decisions are going to end up costing more money because they, meaning the Dept. of Def. are going to have to spend millions of our $ to build new buildings. Sounds like typical politics at work here.
