Brake pads and rotors

I'm going to be changing my rotors and pads soon. Just trying to get an idea of what people are using. I'm thinking about getting the power slot rottors but am not to sure about what pads I wanna use that won't be to harsh for the rotors. I dont wanna warp them like the ones i have now.



Any suggestions for the pads. 2001 4x4.

What I have are the drilled and slotted rotors from rrotors on E-Bay and Friction Master brake pads from Advance Auto. I like the ceramic pads due to the brake dust not showing up as much as the semi metalic. Here is a link to the brake pads from Advance Auto.

I'm using Bendix SUV pads, but they do generate dust... not as much as the OEMs though...

I just changed my front rotors and pads. Went with the drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Works fine.

A problem I ran into was installing the rotors. I wasn't sure which way to install them. I ended up doing an Ebay search on Ford GT's and BMW M3s looking at the wheels to see if I could figure out which way the slots went when properly installed on the car. Eventually, I figured it out.
