Some places install pads and cut the rotors for 100-150 bucks.. You can give them a set of Carbons or ceramic pads and just have them do the labor..

Since you have the the right color trac, just kidding. Change the pads if the pad material is worn to the same thickness as the metal it is bonded to, then check the rotors for grooves. You might have to get them turned down. The pads are very easy to change. Go for it. Gary D. in CT
If you have a 44, (your profile does not say what you have), it is easier then the 2 wheel drive model. If you ONLY want to change the pads and not service the rotors then the job is the same no matter 2 or 4 wheel drive.
