Building Fast Sport Trac

Hey everyone! New around here and couldn't find much information on this topic!

I have a 07 Sport Trac Limited 4x4 V8 and looking to do some performance upgrades but their isn't much out there in the way of aftermarket support specifically for the sport trac. Looking to drop in a Detroit Rocker Cam but not sure what other parts to select and where to get them i.e. headers, throttle body, intake, exhaust, cold air intake.

Any help would be appreciated I know building a "race" sport trac isnt common for us non Adrenalin owners.

Sport trac and race in the same sentence is not used....... Better off buying a mustang......
with that said, you can make the ST fun, but Not a race truck....
