Look on ebay. I have had 3 Suzuki GSXR 750's and loved them all. Also had a Honda CBR, another great bike.
I ride a 2005 Honda CBR1000RR and I love it although it's a bit more than you are looking for.

Not everyone is looking for a overweight, loud, and overpriced bike. A 750cc sized bike would be great for a intermediate skilled rider who wants a good combination of power and economy.

I personally prefer Honda, the interceptor is a 781cc and it's really nice IMHO.
but the Susuki Hayabusa is nice too!

cycletrader.com or if your trying to find values kelly blue book(kbb.com)has a motorcycle section now!! i bought my 2006 ninja 636 at pasco cycles on 54. they have good prices compared to motorsports. are you set on a 750? the new 600's are all crazy fast and you will save a couple grand this way IMO.
The best overall quality bike is hands down the Honda.
Ryan is rite, unless you just have your heart set on a 750, the performance of the new 600's is outstanding. They are lite, extremely nimble, easy to ride but still very fast and powerful. The new CBR600RR puts out around 120HP and they only weight 360 lb. If you don't have to have the all out performance, check out the CBR600F4i, it's a milder version of the RR.
