How do you change the cabin air filter and how often do you need to change it. Also i just bought a K&n oil filter, is it like the air filter and never needs to be replaced?

There is not cabin filter. No need to change something that doesn't exist.

The st does NOT have a cabin filter, AS far as the K&N oil filter, you must change it like a regular filter and can NOT re use it...

The K&N oil filter is a very good filter however. It's a very stout piece and more likely to survive a whack off a rock than other filters if you go off-road. The nut on the end is handy too. Pricey though.
