Hate to resurrect an old post, but I wanted to share that i just redid my armrest too. Step 1: unscrew the hinge and remove the armrest. [Broken External Image]: Step 2: Unscrew the bottom plastic that has the snaps. Step 3: Pry off the bad vinyl. Took the vinyl off because of a large hole. Here is what it looks like from the bottom. [Broken External Image]: Step 4: Trace the outline on new fabric or vinyl and cut new piece. I used black becaue store didnt have grey.. but it matches my trim. Step 5: Some people had good luck stretching and stapling the vinyl. My staple gun could not penetrate the plastic and started cracking it the more I tried. So I used "packing tape" to hold my new vinyl down. it has glue so it worked well. Stretch and stick bit by bit, careful to avoid creases. Step 6: Reapply the plastic bottom and screw lid back on hinge. [Broken External Image]:
