Ceramic Brake Pads Grinding???

I put Bosch ceramic pads and new rotors on my ST a couple of months back and I occasionally notice what can be only described as grinding while stopping. It is more od a feeling through the brake pedal and wheel than a noise, although you can somewhat hear it, but it is not very loud. I have never had experience with creamics before and I was wondering if this is common or if I have symptoms of a larger problem.

I would yank the wheels and look, May have a slide that is not properly lubricated...

And spray them clean with a brake cleaner just to be sure..
