changin temp display to blue??

Is there an easy wasy to change the temp display on the overhead console to blue. I was looking at my friends 95 explorer and his is far bluer than mine. Can i somehow just pop off my cover and put in one like his?... or is there more to it. Also, if this is all I have to do, how would I get to the back of the lens to pop it off.

All you need to do is replace the lense from a 95-97 Explorer. Just take a very small flat-tip screw driver and pop it off from the front...they just snap in.



You can't really change the color too much, as the fourecent vaccum tube display has a natural color, only front lenses can be used to influence the color we see.
