I did the project of adding additional lights to the bed, good project and explained very well, but my stupid self didn't diconnect the battery, needless to say i blew the fuse. No biggie i replaced the fuse and now the check engin light is on, will blowing the fuse cause this or should i go get the code read.

THANKS CHRIS

It should not, But maybe you blew another fuse, OR did something....

Disconnect the battery , OR reset the light and see what happens..

Its always best to scan it first but pulling the negative for a good period of time it will kill KAM Keep alive memory and wipte it out if its not a hard code.
