Check Engine Light

I have a 2002 Sport Trac, The check enging came on a few days after the ford dealership did a recall repair. I replace the EGR value as the people at advance said that it was bad from what the Computer shows ( P0402 EGR Flow Excessive ). The light stay out for a day and then came back on again. I have checked everything that I can get too and no leaks that I can find, does anyone here know what I should do other than go back to the dealership and pay them $600.00 to fix the problem.

Left side of motor with 2 hoses in the bottom and a plug on back. You can find them at any auto chain.SIMPLE 2 minute job
