Cloth Ripping

Another warranty question. I have an 07 with 23000 km on it, still under warranty. Does the warranty cover cloth? On the passengers side seat, the seam where the pocket meats the the seat is coming undone and is starting to stretch up the back of the seat up along the seam. I rarely have people in the back seat and when I do I cant remember a time when there was stuff in the pockets.

I think that may depend on the dealer, But I had the drivers seat base replaced in my 03, the threads were tearing out of the seat.....
