Complete Front Guard?

Does anyone know if a complete front guard is made for our trucks. One that covers the headlights as well as going down under the fogs and across the front. Right now I have the small westin bar and I want more protection. Before I go out and get the one that just covers the lights and the center of the truck I want to see if there is anything bigger available.
