What is the best way to tie down a tonneau cover so it doesn't blow off and break...i need to fold one end up with out taking it off....i dont know how to tie it....please help

Are you completely removing it???
On the inside the cover has bungee cords on both sides that wrap around the tie down outside the bed to hold it open when in the folded position..
