CRASH sound in 4WD

Hi everybody, I was wondering if somebody could help me with a problem I have, this only happens when I am using the 4WD (4H and 4L). It works fine until suddenly there is a big sound (crash) and it is like for a second the truck losses traction (like if for a second the truck is in Neutral instead Drive), it happens every 2 min, mostly in downhill.

Any ideas?

There is a member around here with the almost the same problem.... I think it is something in the FT diff or axles..

Thanks do you have any idea about the price of the pieces that might be broken?

If it is an axke it is no more then $100.00.... If it is the Ft diff it could be $1,000.00
