Anything in the rough vicinity of any of those destinations that I shouldn't miss? I'll be travelling solo with my twins (2 years old) so I can't get too adventurous, but it's an epic road trip so I don't want to miss anything I can do with them.

I think I'm going to go through nags head and down the coast when I leave from VA to FL just because I haven't seen parts of that area. I have been to Kill Devil Hills but that is about as far south as I've been on the coast there.

Dayton has the Wright Patterson Air Force Base. There is a museum there that is pretty neat. The large planes and rockets are off location by a few miles, but pretty cool to look at the history of it.

Not too much in Delaware, Rehobeth Beach, Lewes and Dover (racetrack-horses and cars), casino, You can take the Cape May-Lewes ferry to NJ. Cape is kinda nice, pretty around the holidays. Atlantic City, if you want, is about 30-35 minutes up the parkway. Philadelphia's Art Museum(Cleopatra exhibit is coming soon) or the Franklin Institute are 2 really cool places to go, hockey and hoops are there as well. Just a few thoughts, Bob

Leaving in the AM. Keeping all suggestions in mind, I'll have internet while I travel for the most part, so I'll watch for updates. I'll also update this post with pics and such along the way.

+1 on Kevin's suggestion to visit the air museum at Wright Patterson. It is the Official Air Force museum and the collection is huge.

Dearborn, MI- Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, River Rouge Plant Tour (F-150s), Take a pic in front of the Ford World Headquarters Building!

Afterwards, run over to Windsor, Ontario, to see Jayson's world[-famous Ballet!

Good times!

Made it to Grand Junction, CO. Hanging out at my friends house for the weekend, then headed to Denver on Monday for some more time with different friends.

Gavin I've done most of the MI stuff having grown up there so that will mostly just be spent with family.
