Cruise Control Housing

Hello MYST'ers



Need to replace my cruise control switch housing, I see the projects section and am going to remove the air bag to get to the housing, ummm is there anything I should worry about when pulling this unit off? Thanks so much, never removed one dont want it to blow up in my face LOL

Disconnect the battery, wait 10 minutes and you're good to go.



What piece are you replacing?????

replacing both cruise control switches on both sides of the steering wheel :0)

Just disconnect the battery and give it 10 minutes or so to deplete any residual power. I usually just turn on the lights to be sure but the dome light will do it.



Follow instruction in the projects.



Reconnect the battery. Position yourself out of the path of the bags when you first turn the ignition on, just in case................:grin::grin: Does THAT make you feel better?:bwahaha:

Ummm no not much better lol



So reading the project just disconnect the negative, got it seems easy enough :0)
