Cruise control switch housing replacement

I am looking for the proper procedure to replace the cruise control switch housing attached to the steering wheel on a 2003 Sport Trac. The switch housing is tabbed on each end and mine has broken where the upper screw holds it in place. The cruise control switches work fine but the housing is now loose and needs to be replaced. What procedure should I follow to safely remove and replace. Part numbers would be helpful
