cruise control switches on sale

Price just dropped on amazon 9% to $71.67 for anyone looking to replace their cracked cruise control switches..fits the 03 as well even though amazon part looker upper thingy ma bob says it doesn't. Ive been waiting a long time for this price to drop. Not getting it yet though...$ is tight and its at the bottom of the Trac to do list...but i am ordering the K&N drop in air filter:supercool:

Mine just recently split...looks quite ugly. How hard is it to remove and replace? I was hoping that it would just be a replacable cover, but guess not.

Removed and installed my CC switches to fix burned out bulbs several times. Very easy to do, disconnect battery because you have to remove the air bag (easy and not as scary as it sounds) to gain access to the switches.

I ordered a set as a result of this post and finally got around to swapping the switches last weekend.

I referenced the write-up from the project section and it was very easy.



I am glad the new switch assembly came with the cabling as the old one was stuck on so hard, the plug end of the cable came apart while trying to just unplug it from the switch.
