Does the "check engine" light illuminate when you turn the key to auxiliary or when you first start the engine?



I recently had some work done and I no longer notice the "check engine" light when I start the truck. I believe the light used to come on for a few seconds.

It should come on if you turn the key to on but not start. All of them should be lighted

Ditto,,all indicators will light with key in on position engine off. Auxillary, no..
