Dash Lights - How many of each?

Can anyone tell me how many of each bulb (194 and 37) I'll need to replace the bulbs within the gauge cluster. I've read both member projects on the subject, but neither tells how many bulbs are required. I figured if I have to replace one bulb, I'd might as well do them all when I have the cluster out. Also, has anyone replaced these with LED's?

I recently replaced the dash lights in my Trac, and while I don't remember the bulb number, I do remember there was one more than the four bulbs I had on hand! So that makes it 5 bulbs for the main cluster.
