Updates should be automatic,and brought to the top.JMO

I think Todd is trying to explain that updated threads ARE brought to the top if your preferences are set to "new posts on top" which I would think most people's here are. Maybe this should be the default for new users (if it is not already) Todd. People are reading the thread, there are 27 responses right now.
