Specifically I did the seafoam intake cleaning and replaced the PCV valve. My buddy is a mechanice for the army and has access to his shop on the weekends. On Saturday I parked the truck in the old Blackhawk hanger and did a quick oil change followed by running the seafoam cleaner through my vaccuum line. That thing smoked mad for a good 20 minutes but finally went away. The truck idles much better then it was.
Sunday morning I decided to put in the new PCV valve. That was a PITA! my hands do not fit behind in that location very well. Took me about 45 minutes to get the old one out and the new one in. tripled checked it to make sure it was locked in place nice and tight. The old pcv doesn't rattle at all, guess it was time to replace.
Thanks guys for the project write ups, they were a huge help.
